Founded in 1975, Saleh Abdulaziz Al Rashed & Sons (SAR) has grown from its first quarry in Riyadh into a national industrial platform at the heart of the Kingdom’s development. For nearly [50] years, we have supplied the essential building blocks of progress, operating across mining, drilling, assembling, logistics, and trading to help power Saudi Arabia’s transformation.
Today, SAR is a leading player in the Saudi mining and construction materials sector, trusted to deliver quality, reliability, and scale to some of the Kingdom’s most iconic projects – from NEOM and the Red Sea to Diriyah and King Abdullah Financial District.

In addition to aggregate production, SAR operates many facilities in Riyadh, producing reliable and cost-effective crushing and screening equipment, as well as crusher spare parts. SAR has also expanded its offerings by partnering with ASTEC Industries to provide a selection of high-quality crushers and materials handling equipment. They have also secured a dealership agreement with SPECO, a renowned supplier of asphalt plants.
SAR offers a wide range of crusher components for various types of crushers, including jaw, cone, and impact crushers. These components are manufactured to the highest standards and undergo regular testing. Furthermore, SAR specializes in the fabrication of luxury caravans, dump trucks, dust silos, cold bins, water tanks, diesel tanks and various other products.
The company has sales outlets in Tabuk, Madinah, the Eastern Region, Riyadh, Hail, Jazan, and Jeddah. With a fleet of over 563 vehicles, SAR has a robust logistics support system that aids in the sales of aggregates and crusher spare parts. Additionally, SAR operates four asphalt mixers and is involved in other large-scale initiatives.
