Workshop in aziziyah opened for crushers plants maintenance.

Rumah Quarry was formed.

Crushers Parts outlets opened in Jeddah.

New Factory opened in Aziziyah – Riyadh to produce crushers.
2005
2nd quarry of Rumah was established.
2009
Crushers Spare Parts outlet in Khamis Opened.
2010
Summan Quarry was formed.

Transport Sector was established & SAR Become Limited Liability Co.
2015
- Jizan Crusher parts Outlets Opened.
- Al Madina Crusher parts Outlets Opened.
2017
New Crusher Spare Part Outlet opened in Riyadh.
2018
Tabuk Crusher spare parts outlet was established.
2019
SAR began producing Luxury Caravans.
2020
New factory was acquired in Sulay-Riyadh to fabricate Caravans & Crusher plants.
2021
New Asphalt Plant were acquired in Rumah.
2022
- New Quarry in Al Ula were formed.
- New Quarry in Dirab were formed.
- New Asphalt plant was established in Al Ula and Riyadh.
- SAR was awarded exploration license to produce Silica material.
- 2nd quarry was established in Summan.
2022
- 3rd quarry was established in Rumah.
- AR Signed partnership agreement with ASTEC to be the official distributor of crushing & Screening as well as materials handling equipment.
- Dealership agreement with SPECO asphalt plants as well as MATIC sand washing solutions.
- Obtained certification from the ministry of Environment to install and maintain dust suppression systems.
2023
- New Quarry in Majmaah were established.
- New Quarry in jeddah were established.
- New Asphalt plant was established in Dirab Area.
- SAR Increased the trailer fleet to reach 365 trucks to enhance transportation services for aggregates and asphalt sector.
- SAR signed a distribution agreement with Wolf Drilling Equipment.
