New factory was acquired in Sulay-Riyadh to fabricate Caravans & Crusher plants.

A new asphalt plant was acquired in the Rumah area, and the Loctite agency was introduced.

- SAR was awarded exploration license to produce Silica material.

- AR Signed partnership agreement with ASTEC to be the official distributor of crushing & Screening as well as materials handling equipment.
- Dealership agreement with SPECO asphalt plants as well as MATIC sand washing solutions.
- Obtained certification from the ministry of Environment to install and maintain dust suppression systems.
- New Quarry in Majmaah were established.
2023
- New Quarry in jeddah were established.
- New Asphalt plant was established in Dirab Area.
- SAR Increased the trailer fleet to reach 365 trucks to enhance transportation services for aggregates and asphalt sector.
- SAR signed a distribution agreement with Wolf Drilling Equipment.
2024
- Fully acquired Rocks Quality for Mining Co
- Fully acquired Durrat Al Mabani Mining Co & Red Sand Mining Co
- Established National Shield Mining Co
